A year ago at the turn of 2012, Alphastrobist had around 39,000 page views. In 2012 at the turn of 2013, here is some great numbers to share on how much the community activity has grown :
“…19,000 people fit into the new Barclays Center to see Jay-Z perform. This blog was viewed about 75,000 times in 2012. If it were a concert at the Barclays Center, it would take about 4 sold-out performances for that many people to see it….”
With 75,000 views in 2012 means that we have doubled our viewer-ship in 2012. Thanks to all your support and keen interest in sharing your queries on-line and build up a good database of solutions, work-around and tips. Our goal is to document as much user experiences – good OR bad – and hope that these useful learnings can be leveraged for al fellow alpha users and benefit the whole photography community.
We at Alphastrobist, hope that the community can grow and provide a great learning platform for all Alpha Users – and the NEX users alike. For those of you who are keen in sharing your Alpha or NEX experiences around the usage of the flash/strobe system, you are welcome to send in your article or write-up and we can create a apges or pages for your article to be included in the Alphastrobist library of information.

To all fellow Alpha users and Alphastrobist supporters + fans + subscribers,
It has been a great and busy 2012 for Alphastrobist with our shoots and photography & video productions over at Mobistudios. We hope to put aside more Alphastrobist time to share our setup over at Mobistudios and all our day to day experience and tips in using the Sony Alpha flash system.
We are working on getting in a couple of the new cameras like the Sony A99 and the Nex-6 to have a test ride and share our great experiences with these new devices and tools. Not forgetting also the newly released Sony HVL-F60AM with the new flash mount and video lights.
Till then, stay cool and happy shooting for the whole of this year and do share your thoughts, feedback and tips for all to learn.
Have a great New Year Holiday and a great week ahead!!!!
